π Sheriff's Office Divisions
Patrol Division
Provides 24/7 law enforcement patrol coverage throughout Caldwell County's four precincts. Deputies respond to calls for service, conduct traffic enforcement, and perform proactive crime prevention activities.
Detention / Jail Division
Operates the Caldwell County Jail at 1703 S. Colorado St. Responsible for the safe, secure, and humane custody of all inmates. Manages booking, classification, programming, and transport.
Criminal Investigations
Detectives investigate serious crimes including homicides, sexual assaults, property crimes, narcotics, and financial crimes. Works in collaboration with state and federal agencies.
Civil Process Division
Serves civil process documents including subpoenas, writs of execution, tax sale notices, and eviction orders. Conducts Sheriff's tax sales as ordered by the courts.
School Resource Officers
Dedicated deputies assigned to Caldwell County schools to promote safety, build positive relationships with students, and respond to school-related incidents.
Search & Rescue / Emergency Support
Supports County Emergency Management with search and rescue operations, flood response, and major incident coordination. Works alongside fire departments and EMS.
