Important Procedures

  • All filings must be E-FILED through the Caldwell County Clerk's Office
  • With limited exceptions, all civil matters must be mediated prior to trial requests
  • Trial requests must be made in writing to the Court Administrator
  • Agreed Judgments must be signed by all attorneys and parties before submission
